OUR SERVICES

Every engagement is built to measure: type of activity, duration, number of participants, topics covered. From a one-hour talk to training spread over several days. From a team of eight to a full assembly.

Talks

We present the principles of theatrical improvisation adapted to the workplace. Your teams discover how to use them to gain agility, spark creativity and sharpen communication: adapting to the unexpected, finding fresh solutions, collaborating more effectively.

Training

Through hands-on exercises, your teams experience improvisation from the inside. Games centred on communication and collaboration create an environment where people dare to explore and speak up. Employees leave with more confidence, better communication reflexes and stronger leadership, all while genuinely enjoying themselves.

Shows

Our shows combine entertainment with key messages. We bring together seasoned performers to create memorable experiences that carry meaning. Gala, conference, launch or special event: originality becomes your signature.

Because every project is unique, pricing is set after an analysis of your needs. That way you get a fair price for exactly what you are looking for.

THE BENEFITS OF IMPROVISATION

Every principle of improvisation has its counterpart inside your organization.

“Yes, and…” means welcoming someone else’s idea, then building your own on top of it.

When creative expression and risk-taking are encouraged, new ideas surface. Those are the ones an organization’s growth depends on.

Without listening closely to your partners, you cannot respond well or build a scene together.

That kind of listening changes the quality of communication, internally and externally alike.

Stepping on stage without a script demands trust in yourself, and in everyone beside you.

Improvisation remains one of the fastest ways to bring a team together for the long run.

Improvisation makes room to explore and express ideas and emotions freely.

It teaches flexibility and acceptance, two concrete antidotes to uncertainty and pressure.

To improvise is to step outside your comfort zone and try untested approaches.

Listening, deciding quickly, adapting: these are precisely the reflexes of effective leadership.

Players adjust continuously to the scene, to their partners’ offers, sometimes to the audience.

That responsiveness helps your teams absorb change and find creative answers to the unexpected.

An improv scene changes style, tone and era without warning.

At work, that adaptability is valuable: multiple projects, varied teams, methods that keep evolving.
